30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at support@nyxorian.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nyxorian.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items not returned in their original packaging
- Orders returned without contacting us first
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nyxorian.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the order.
